an herbal apothecary born out of childhood memories of herbs, gardens, and working in a farmers’ market.
a lifelong tea drinker, with a grandmother who was always in the kitchen, my first memories of herbs were of my grandmother's spearmint tea, and the herb stand at the farmers market where i worked. i always hung out at the herb stand during my breaks from working at the farmers’ market. i was enamoured with the smell and ideas of potions.
after my traumatic brain injury, i found specific healing through natural approaches, and i was drawn back to herbal and plant allies.
i completed the spiritual herbalism apprenticeship program through sacred vibes apothecary, focusing on the underlying causes of ailments or physical dis-ease.
i joined an herbal CSA, and began building my apothecary, making custom blends, and now growing my own herbs for the soul topophilia apothecary and products, which includes blending herbs for my chickens’ health.
